We are hiring for a Front Office Cum Telecaller admin executive (Female candidate only). Experience in Front Desk,Handling the entire front desk operation,Handling walk in guests. Handling calls/Incoming – Outgoing calls, transferring incoming calls to concerned person/department. Candidates should have good communication skills, technical bent of mind and ability to learn things on her own. Other than regular office job candidate should have good knowledge about Tally ERP.

- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Arranging couriers
- Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications
- collecting and mailing correspondence
- Forwarding messages
- Booking meetings
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Screening phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post.
- Entering information in various portals like CRM, Ticket Tracker, etc.
- Posting entries in Tally and generating invoices, PO, salary register record, expenses record etc.
- Knowledge of accounting
- Knowledge of Tally
- Knowledge of computers with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to speak and understand technical terms
- Knowledge of Social Media
- Knowledge of documents like PO, Invoice, Proposals, Brochures etc.
- Eligibility : Any Graduate with Experience or Freshers
